Refund policy

We want you to love your N8KD products!

• Returns & Exchanges: Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase for a full refund back to your original payment method. Note the shipping fees will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened products. 
• Damaged or faulty products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 21 days, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. N8KD covers all shipping costs for exchanges.

Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and cared for with every order.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@shopn8kd.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
