Q: My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped. If it’s been longer, please contact us at info@shopn8kd.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.

Q: I received the wrong item, what now?
A: Please email us at info@shopn8kd.com with a photo of what you received, and we’ll send the correct product at no additional cost.

Q: My product arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
A: If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 21 days of delivery and we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge.

Q: I had a reaction to the serum/mascara. Can I return it?
A: We take safety very seriously. While used items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, if you experience irritation or reaction, please stop using immediately and If symptoms persist consult a physician.

Q: I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
